Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a red Stetson hat and red clothes. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and wants to open a new tavern

He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Beiro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He sports a flattop hair cut. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hadarai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Hadarai abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
