Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Tharivol took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Healer, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.
