History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
