History: Erdan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Ahvain hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Ahvain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
