History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his father's many stories. Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
