History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Koeth reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Raer lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Naal was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Naal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
