Naeris grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naeris. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
