History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolen studied abroad. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Bather like his mother before him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
