History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Mindartis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Barrister like his father before him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erevan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Erevan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
