Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
