Description: Standing 5'2", this man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Herbalist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
