Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Guard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
