History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halimath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halimath. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Gifted from a young age, Soveliss studied abroad. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
