History: Raer lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: He was born in the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An older man who wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, he is not a threatening figure. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
