Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
