Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bellfounder business.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. He is physically well-built. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has green eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.

Personality: Vanuath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vanuath studied abroad. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to work out more often
