Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
