Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raer was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raer was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. He is physically well-built. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He carries with him a set of halberds, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Naal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against drow
