History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
