History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
