History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
