History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

A true patriot, Paelias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Nim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
