History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
