Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arannis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Koeth hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Koeth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Koeth decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born in the west. Caeldrim was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Berrian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to end his boredom

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
