History: Paelias lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He now owns his own business.
