History: Mindartis was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
