History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.
