History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarion was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
