History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Traki grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Traki has worked very hard to control his curse. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Hadarai was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
