History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His head has been shaved. Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Efferil was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
