Personality: Uthemar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Uthemar was a troubled youth.
