History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
