Description: An older man who wears dull brown sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed glaive, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Mindartis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mindartis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aelar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vanuath grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
