Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
