History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Rolen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
