History: Aust was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
