History: Peren was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it
