History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Carrie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Painter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
