History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
