History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Ivellios reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Lucan was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
