History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Theriatis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Theriatis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theriatis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
