History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Nim was a troubled youth. Nim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Erdan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
