History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair is knotted and matted. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Aelar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aelar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
