Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Nutae was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nutae's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Paelias isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
