History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aust was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
