His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 4. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Naal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Erdan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Erdan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Ahvain reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult
