History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and he desires power and/or immortality

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
