History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up work as a Bounty Hunter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Varis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited.
