He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Uthemar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
