Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, brown shirt, and black tie. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Server business at a young age. Quarion was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quarion decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
